Karl Schwald
The wholesale and foreign trade merchant took over the management of ELASKON in 1993 and became the sole shareholder in 2000. He developed ELASKON Sachsen GmbH & Co. KG into the global market leader in the niche market of wire rope lubrication and was named "Saxony's Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2013. In 2018, he transferred company shares to his son Tobias. Since then, Karl Schwald has been involved in strategic issues and projects outside the company.
Tobias Schwald
As a trained insurance broker and son of Karl Schwald, he has been part of the management team since 2012. In 2018, he became a co-partner of ELASKON Sachsen GmbH & Co. KG. Continuity, trust and progress are particularly important to the Dresden resident. He manages the company's operational business with great commitment and passion.
Richard Schwald
joined the company in 2005. He is particularly interested in the care sector, where he played a key role in developing the care station concept. Since spring 2017, the native of Allgäu has been responsible for the Bavarian branch in addition to his projects in Dresden.

In addition to traditional workshop services, our ELASKON Service Station also offers our professional maintenance program.

From individual care modules to an all-inclusive package, everything can be booked at our service station.

But it's not just your car that is in good hands with us; we are also happy to take care of your caravan.

We check the technology and also inspect the bodywork and underbody. Our experience shows that the damage that can occur to a motorhome after winter storage, a long period of inactivity, or a trip in cold and/or hot weather is often underestimated. Our professional eye will quickly tell you whether and to what extent measures are advisable. Especially when different materials are used, contact points are often weak points. In our YouTube video, we take a look “behind the scenes” and provide practical tips for a long caravan life.

Our Model Care Station

At the same time, our workshop also serves as a practical training center for our more than 1,000 service stations. In 2006, we introduced our ELASKON service station concept and have since trained the staff at our partner workshops in the proper application of sealants, cavity preservation, and related techniques. Since the end of August 2018, we have been using the ELASKON Service Station for the practical component of the ELASKON Care Station certification process.
